True to its roots this new Stronghold will define old school real time strategy, combining RTS and city builder gameplay. It is really more of a remake then a sequel, there is not much new to discover but I actually like that. Once they polish out the few remaining bugs the game will be fantastic especially for fans.

its a stronghold 2 in crusader outfit little bit better graphics but even the voices of the archers are 100% the same

Graphics look like a game from 2007. Haven't played it yet and I am in no way saying graphics matter, but the 2D style of the old school Strongholds has so much spirit and heart. Seeing this 3D... mess, I simply don't like it. Why not just dramatically improve upon everything?

I just played it and there is reference to older SH games like "Your castle awaits you", but it's "Your desert awaits you" instead lol.

I always feel sorry for Firefly Studios. Their first game is the great one. But... they don't know how to do with the next production of their series.

Sometimes, I wonder if they change the game 's background to somewhere stranger like China, Japan, India, Africa, ... may be they will find some new element for their gameplay???

A few days ago I was thinking about playing SHC again until I saw SHC2 on Steam. I gotta play it.

Does someone know why this game run with 20 fps on ultra for me with windows 8.1? I have 650 ti boost and fx-6300 should run fine it does to win7 users.

What hardware are you running this on? I have a Duecore 2.65 ghz, A AMD HD3600 with a gig onboard ram and 3 gig of system ram, and it runs like total crap on even the lowest settings.

sorry ı install the game, make crack but there is a problem.When I open the game, first there is a video, i see it but then, there is black screen, Voice of mouse came from the game but screen black, how ı have to do?
