Delta Work on 7-Eleven Workers

They’re mean because they’re working at 7-11. It’s not exactly a dream job. I always have empathy for service and retail workers or anyone who has to work with the general public as their job. People are outrageously insane and they get to deal with all that and clean the toilet. Been there, done that, and I know the misery.

Why is delta constantly getting into battles with service workers?

Overworked and underpaid, tried it for two months and after I do my shift, my manager... Would order me to repeat my ENTIRE inventory, it took me almost two hours to complete and when I get home I would only have two or three hours rest for my second job!

It's mainly because 7-11 is part of a visa program for immigrants. They aren't working there because they typically want to, they are working towards something. Their pizza there is surprisingly 🔥. ❤

If they owned their homes, had retirement savings and made a living wage I'm sure they'd be nicer.

Heres the reason : to have that job is to have to deal with MANY MANY MANY rough caracters, hours on end. There is therefore a lack of energy to spare elsewhere.

I’d have to say I agree. Only once and I mean once have I met a nice cashier from 7/11 and it was in Anaheim by Disneyland. She was sweet and gave me the best deals when she didn’t have to.

Probably beacuse they don't found you sincere or trying too much. Companies for yers years trying to wash your brain with concept of going for the extra mile in everything but when it comes to appreciate to their employees, they just ignored them.

It's also dude the bathroom situation they have to clean up and deal with, crazy people who come in and do crazy things ya know the way we can't have nice things cause when somewhere is a public space in America it's used and abused to no return
