Cyrus being a Lila hater is a bigger plot twist than anything in MLB so far

Speaking of alya .. the way she’s still siding with Lila even in season 5 after ladybug revealed herself to her is actually insane ??? Have they not talked abt the whole Lila issue ?? They’re “best friends who share everything with each other” for gods sake

Cyrus hates Lila the whole time, and has been lying to us? Plot twist of the century.

Fun fact: Marinette and Lila has the same personality type. No wonder both of them are like the both side of a same coin 🐩

I am more invested in the plot twist of Cyrus hating Lila than any other plot miraculous ladybug ever had

You know why nobody corrected Timetaggar? Cuz he's Nino's brother. Nobody corrected Nino. Hence, he didn't correct his brother.

Not only Lila wanted Ladybug to bite the dust but Chat Noir as well too. Like what Mari said; She’s like a supervillain who doesn’t need a costume. But wait, if Chat Noir also died, then that means she’ll never get a chance with Adrien ever again because he’s dead.

To me, Lila is another big wasted potential, but also kinda iffy for me. Because the writers imply that her dad is absent and that her mom is constantly at work without being an active part of her daughter's life. After all, her mother just accepts her lies about her school being closed, never bothers to check if Lila is right. That alone is a huge red flag for a parent and definitely implies neglect which is a understandable reason for Lila to lie all the time - she craves attention because she nevers gets any at home.

With that, they imply she's the genderbent version of Felix (and kinda Adrien) which is probably why Lila and Felix get shipped as a villainship by the fandom, and unlike Felix, she actually lives in Paris. She could be a better shadow/mirror kind of character to Adrien then Felix is because she could be utilized more simply because she's in the same locations as Adrien a lot of the time, but do the writers ever do this? No.

The iffy thing for me, is however, that every girl who is implied to suffer from some form of abuse, is at some point demonized in the show (neglect is passive abuse). Meaning, Lila, Chloe and Kagami. Also Marinette's main rivals in love. Whilst the male abuse victim (Adrien) gets glorified by the show in comparison. It almost makes me wonder if Astruc has a certain problem with female abuse victims, and then I remember how Chloe was allegedly based off of an elementary school bully of his. If the background also matches the real woman that inspired Chloe, does that mean this childhood bully was an abuse victim acting out and he hates female abuse victims as a result? If so, then not only fuck this man, but how can he claim to make a feminist show when he actively hates female victims? That's misogyny, Ass-truck.

she's delusional + a pathological liar + a sociopath, and she boils my blood, but I would STILL choose her over fu and pre-season 4 marinette, because she actually adds some depth to this god-awful show that I can't stop watching💀

Lila comes up with the "I have a weird disease that makes me lie" thing in Ladybug, right? That's mythomania, basically. She literally claimed herself as a pathological liar. Why does nobody ever doubt the validity of her words after that?

Sure, one could argue that in the episode the rest of the class didn't hear her say that, but they must have found out to some extent if Marinette's expulsion had been revoked.

It just makes no sense. Lila won't shut up about the rest of her (fake) diseases, yet the principal nor the teacher inform anyone of this particular one? Yeah, sure.

14:41 don’t also forget that Max is wearing glasses, so how will that napkin injure his eyes exactly? 😂

Saying Lila is a "master manipulator" is like saying Chicken Little (the character from the fable, not from that 2005 movie) was one. Sure, she didn't take her normal pills when thinking the sky was falling, but the other animals she told that (Henny Penny, Goosey Loosey...) were also at fault for not taking their normal pills when she sounded the alarm. They were just like the MLB characters when Lila is around, as they acted stupid so as to move the fable's plot. However, while someone is meant not to take the fable seriously, that isn't the case with Lila. It's impossible to do so because she is two feet away from shouting "The sky is falling!".

I understand letting Lila get away with her seemingly harmless lies for a few episodes but not even a slap on the wrist after almost getting Marinette expelled, and then having almost everyone believe her even into season 5? That is a Mary Sue. And after Marinette repeatedly points it out when she's lying? What kind of effed up message is that for kids? It basically shows no consequences for lying, and that calling liars out on their lies does not work. Um, yes it does. What drugs were those writers taking? I really want to know.

Because like I think I’d love to see more of Lila’s past to see like why she lies why she acts the way she is, it seems to me that she’s most likely trapped at home I don’t remember the episode or season but in one of them her mother kisses her on the head and goes “I’ve got another meeting” (i think) this shows that Lila could feel trapped Ect.

Lila is a walking missed opportunity. I think an antagonist that doesn’t have any powers and uses their words to get to their goal is extremely interesting. However, she is such a horribly written character that I can‘t say that she is capable of carrying a story like that. Especially now that we have the fucking Rooster Miraculous which can give Mari the power to just reveal her lies using literally any power. WHY HASN‘T SHE ALREADY DONE THIS IF SHE KNEW THE MIRACULOUS ENOUGH TO CHOOSE WHICH ONE IS BEST SUITED FOR EACH BATTLE?

I love Lila. Too bad the writers just don't know shit about, how to write her as a decently villain/character.

Lmao. I BURST OUT LAUGHING as soon as Cyrus went on an angry tangent of insulting Lila. You really all had us fooled, Cyrus. You're that good of a liar 😂

I already find Lila a really interesting character. They should give a good backstory for why she is the way she is.

What really confuses me is that Lila said "Oh, I got proof" and immediately goes to Marinette's locker. Bruh, THAT is her proof? Is no one going to question how she knew HER OWN NECKLACE WAS IN Marinette's locker? Any normal person could just take it back themself if they saw it
