Maybe the failure was due to the 200 degree steam?  It could have melted/changed the hydrophobic coating.  I know my body has never hit 200 degrees...

visually, my impression is you used about half as much down with the Dri-down than the untreated down.  Therefore, it took longer to saturate the untreated down and rel same time it took to saturate the Dri, treated down, so the level of performance seemed the same.  If you had a more precise way to measure the volume and wt of each test batch, maybe apples to apples, otherwise, would appear not to be an even comparison.  Just an observation. Love your tests and videos, keep up the great work !  Davedepo

I would think the manufacturer would at minimum release their testing methodology so that people could run their own tests to verify.

200 degree steam? What r they even trying to similate? Why not stop pretend to be scientific and just use some water?
