It’s exactly how I did it. I went from $7 an hour, to $9 an hour, to $32, 000 a year to $52, 000 a year, to $60, 000 a year, and then took my knowledge and went into sales. I made over 200k last year. I’m now laser focused on diversifying my income, at 33 years old.

I watch and read a lot of finance content and this video is SOLID. Not many other videos talk about how to make money starting off, it’s all “invest, invest, invest, ” but the question is always “what do I invest?” Great content

Preach it. I also started out making around $38k out of college. I jumped jobs after 7 months and made a small bump to $40k but was able to be fully remote. Unfortunately and fortunately the company wasn’t doing so well and they began laying people off. My boss said my job was safe for the forceable future but you can never be too sure. I applied to some new jobs and landed a new job at a Fortune 500 company making $80k plus CPS.

It has barely been a year since I graduated college and I won’t lie it feels really good being close to $100k a year.

Fucking love this. I did this with a job I had for 8 years. The salary literally spot on the same. Bam look for one job and ask for $60K, and two months later I got another for 80K and now at least make 90k
