IMPORTANT Cr.P.C. SECTIONS IN TRIAL COURT
1. 317 Cr.P.C. - Petition filed for absence of accused
2. 207 Cr.P.C. - For copies
3. 311 Cr.P.C. - To recall witness at any stage after trial
4. 91 Cr.P.C. - To produce documents
5. 205 Cr.P.C. - Appearance dispense of accused
6. 239 Cr.P.C. - Discharge of accused
7. 257 Cr.P.C. - Withdrawal of complaint
8. 301 Cr.P.C. - To assisting the prosecution
9. 302 Cr.P.C. - Private prosecution
10. 156(3) Cr.P.C. - Direction to register a case
11. 173(5)(8) Cr.P.C. - Additional documents to be filed after filing a charge sheet
12. 167(2) Cr.P.C. Bail in mandatory provision in Sessions case -90 days Below 3 years punishment cases – 60 days
13. 437 Cr.P.C. Lower court bail
14. 438 Cr.P.C. Sessions bail / Anticipatory bail
15. 439 Cr.P.C. High court bail
