Sir Roger Moore has always been one of my favorite actors.A real pity there are only 24 episodes of The Persuaders.Roger had been hired to act as James Bond in "Live and Let Die".

Quite the 'interpretation' of Sherlock Holmes. I would never have imagined Roger Moore as Sherlock. Patrick Macnee as Dr Watson is also an interesting choice but it works. I've read all the books and seen most of the movies and periodicals and this is first time seeing this version.
