I don't know why people always think if you want a smaller home or already live in a "tiny" house you are income challenged. I have never wanted, or needed for that matter, more than 200 - 300 sq ft to live and be happy. Bigger houses fall into the same category as making purchases based on celebrity endorsements.... I never drink the koolaid.

I thought this was going to be tiny homes built on a foundation. It's essentially an expensive RV park. What's the big hoopla about? Build a community with permanent tiny homes.... Now that's something to talk about!

I am all for tiny homes but why does it look like a trailer village? I have seen many in Europe and this looks like a “trailer” community .
Maybe it’s the way the tiny homes are built /look?
