Mine that is this color form started to bud up and so I waited on a necessary upsize and.. oopsie.. rotted the roots 🙈. So I’m delighted to see your beautiful blooms and live vicariously through you (as I often do) 😅. I was growing it lithophytically, and it’s great to see how happy your young clone is in the coco chunks. Maybe I should not bother fussing with the rocks when I move mine from the prop box 🤔. Here’s to many more blooms from this pretty Hoya. Thank you for sharing it with us.

I just acquired two beautiful hoya Lyi. Thanks for this beautiful video. What a beautiful bloom. I have each plant separate, just potted one in regular bark, soil, perlite mix, the other came and is still in coir. Thanks so much the blooms, oh the blooms.

Doug Bev here from cold Canada! Loved your Hoya Lyi China video thanks for that info on her. I wanted to ask how do you ever water your plants in the fabulous wire circles you’ve made? Looks dangerous to me as I would have to take it out and bucket water it and wait till it dried. How do you do it?

Finally… someone ( you specifically..) made video about hoya Lyi. I bought full pot hoya lyi from someone and wondering about the care, so far it’s giving me few new leaves since under my care. Do you have any suggestion how to propagate this hoya? I growing them in Leca and never bloomed even though I have many mature strands in pot. Thank you in advance 🙏

Very cute blooms! Do you have a lot of Hoyas that you water twice a week? I’m so afraid of root rot, I probably underwater all of mine 😅
