Do you have a video on the difference between trademarking a business name verse business Logo and the process?

This explain why on that Website you showed Walt Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Walt Disney's Peter Pan and Winnie The Pooh (by Disney but without Walt or Disney in the trademark) has no claim to color while the new Horror Movie: Winnie-the Pooh: Blood and Honey has a claim to Blood Red and Light Orange in their logo. To be honest, this works the exact Opposite of what I thought, so I am glad I clicked on this video. I learned alot!

So let me get this straight. If I trademark my logo with a specific color or colors someone can file my same design with different colors? If I file in black and white they can't file my design in any color? Am I not as protected if I trademark in color?

Thanks, this is helpful! I haven't really been watching your other trademark videos but now I have a brand new logo that a logo designer made for me, and it probably would be wise to trademark it asap. I hope I have the rights to do that? I don't have my logo in black and white though... I can probably use a video editing software effect to just make it black and white for the sake of the image file being uploaded when I trademark it. I hope.
