About:
Black Adam (Teth/Theo-Adam) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Otto Binder and C. C. Beck, the character is one of the archenemies of the superhero Captain Marvel and the nemesis of the Marvel Family. Black Adam first appeared as a one-time villain for the first issue of Fawcett Comics' The Marvel Family comic book (December 1945). However, Black Adam was revived as a recurring character after DC Comics first licensed and then acquired the Fawcett characters and began publishing Shazam (formerly Captain Marvel) Family stories under the title Shazam! in the 1970s.

As originally depicted, Black Adam was a corrupted, ancient Egyptian predecessor of Captain Marvel, who fought his way to modern times to challenge the hero and his Marvel Family associates. Since the turn of the 21st century, however, Black Adam has been re-defined by DC Comics writers Jerry Ordway, Geoff Johns, and David S. Goyer as a corrupted antihero attempting to clear his name and reputation. Featured roles in such comic book series as Justice Society of America (JSA), Villains United, Infinite Crisis, and 52 have elevated the character's prominence in the DC Universe. In 2009, Black Adam was ranked as IGN's 16th-greatest comic book villain of all time. The character will make his cinematic debut in 2022's Black Adam portrayed by Dwayne Johnson set in the DC Extended Universe.

Everyone kept telling me it was a bad movie. I went to watch it and it was good. I asked some why they thought it was bad & they told me it was because they had heard it was. If it's real, the Rock deserves to be back in black.

Only movie I can think of that rock doesn't plays a tough guy and been scared was in Southland Tales. A Great film.

First, we need a Black Adam character because he has no weakness, similar to Captain Marvel but no one blinks an eye at that one. Black Adam is a dark super hero similar to Batman, but way more powerful. When villains are invincible, you need a hero that is the same. Even Supermans story shows he has too much weakness when he allowed Batman to basically kill him…..and we’re talking about Batman, not a superhuman alien like person, a “basic” boring, human billionaire. DC has gotta keep Black Adam and do the sequel to build the story up and Dwayne Johnson is the perfect actor to play Black Adam. I‘m tired of the emotional superhero thats weak and has all of their weaknesses exposed in one movie and almost dies but doesn't die. Talk about predictable 😅😅😅. If D.C. doesn't want Black Adam, give up the rights to Dwayne Johnson or give it to Marvel, they'll know exactly what to do with it. They could use a need a new character anyway.

don’t care about the people that had something bad to say about this movie.. everyone i know who watched this movie loved it so be careful who you listen to… many are waiting for a sequel that alone is enough to make another one.. and dc need to keep the momentum to complete with marvel and stop making stupid changes i think that’s hurting the franchise.. go with your first mind.. i like how they stand out differently in terms of story writing and graphics and well selected actors.💯
