Good morning ma, thank you for this educative lecture. I have a question ma. Since Mareva Injunction and Antonpillar injunction are interlocutory in nature why do they not come by way of motion on notice. Is it because of the peculiarity of them and their discreet nature and is it safe to say that some interlocutory injunctions can be brought exparte. I used to think all interlocutory application must be brought by way of motion on notice. I will like you to clarify ma. Thank you.
