just a tip for some people: If you live in a cold climate or go skiiing, snowboarding (all that snaz) don’t let your hair freeze! Put in your jacket, hat, or anything to keep it from getting cold and freezing. This can cause your hair to dry out and be frizzy, cause breakage, and all of that.

Make sure your base layer is not skin tight and is moisture wicking… our skin needs to breath and if you sweat and your sweat drenches a fabric that holds moisture then that moisture will stay cold and keep your body from being able to do its job to self regulate!
