I was carrying trauma and pain for years. Finally broke down crying & begging for God to take it away and he healed me. The hurtful memories that would replay like a movie in my head everyday finally stopped popping up. For the first time in my adult life, I feel a sense of peace. I realize now I was supposed to go through all that to learn, grow, and figure out how to forgive others and myself. Working out and lifting weights for just an hour every few day helped immensely as well. If you're reading this, it legit does get better. Thank you Jesus Christ and God Almighty. Ask the Lord to take away your anguish. May peace be in your mind and heart from this day forward. Amen. I love you ❤
