Great list. Leafy greens, legumes and seed oils are triggers for me. I'd say seed oils are the worst. Nausea, heartburn and diarrhea every time. I could eat a few tablespoons of butter or lard and be fine, but even small amounts of corn or canola wreck me.

I agree with most of those lists... Luckily I found onions and black beans are not so bad for me. Not great, but I still can eat them without having digestive problems.

Love this video. All carnivore videos are about all or nothing, whereas I intuitively know that things like potatoes and avocado is not that bad. I was also really wondering about white rice as a potential less toxic grain.

On my carb re-feed day I found that I can handle organic white rice. A little bit of fruit like melons, avocado and raw honey and of course raw milk.

I thought broccoli was healthy. I started pooping blood all the time. I have switched to meat and some fruits. So far so good.

I was going to break my 48 hour water fast juicing leafy greens, I thought that was a good thing. I got bone broth as back up so all good.

I think you can find different list with every other expert. Rob once said best, you have to check with yourself. Because where I grew we didn't had Avocado in childhood. And it's hell of trigger.

Avoid foods naturally high in histamine: spinach, avocado, tomatoes (including ketchup and marinara sauce), pumpkin, eggplant, soy foods, brewer's yeast and kidney (red) beans.

Skin disease patient for 40 yrs here - potatoes and totally fine for me, same with leafy green and nuts/seeds (not oils, those are inflammatory). Grains are a hard no.

Pumpkin seeds almost killed me. Took me a month to narrow it down to it which sucked pretty bad. I was thinking my smoothies were so healthy too

How do people usually do with yams? Is that different from potato and sweet potato?

Nightshades works very well for me as well as onion but the onions must be cooked for me to consume unlike the nightshades
Btw honey doesn't work for me, it's so individual

So for potatoes, what is the digestive difference between peeling and boiling a diced potato vs. baking it in the oven? I personally seem to think it might assimilate better in the gut eating a baked potato as compared to boiling potato for like 15 mins

Would you consider dark chocolate to be in the toxic category based on your experience?

Cucumber, potatoes, honey local, apples, pears, berrys, sweetcorn, mushrooms, cooked onions, cooked tomatoes not raw, every now and then work great for me, that's it.

That's interesting that you had good results with potatoes and sweet potatoes as they have lectins.👍
