This project has to be one of the best displays of how your skills and style have evolved, since it isn't totally cartoony, nor is it intentionally grotesque. The Yoshis just look amazing and super detailed, I especially love the sockets around their eyes.

Even funnier is that at Universal Studios Hollywood, Jurassic World and Super Nintendo World are next door to each other, which perfectly makes sense. Makes you wish that a Yoshi plush is spotted at the Jurassic Park ride like an Easter egg.

When you were building the first Yoshi, the initial shaping looked like hippo jaws, and that gave me an actual sensation of slight fear. They turned out exactly the right amount of menacing. Especially the pink one - it was much more “scalded flesh” than Barbie-like, which added to the whole sense that these guys were actually dangerous. Really nice build.
