Hello Hdos! I’ve noticed that some of the assets in HDOS are similar to those in OSRS, and I wanted to reach out because I have experience creating highly detailed RuneScape models in the past. I’d love to contribute and be a part of the team if you’re open to it.

Honestly, the day HDOS focuses solely on making OSRS look good—rather than just changing Primordials, defenders, and a bunch of other items to look exactly like RuneScape 3—I think I’d fully commit to it. I have been following and using HDOS on and off since before it was part of the Jagex launcher, and I always felt that the only thing that didn’t sit right with me was the RS3-style reskins on a lot of items. If you guys ever decide to focus purely on enhancing OSRS’s overall visuals, it would be amazing!

This is not a hate post—I love HDOS! I would just love an option to remove RS3 reskins and have my Primordials, Graceful, and other items retextured rather than reskinned. Love you guys, and I hope you continue to improve and make the visuals even more beautiful!
