Man, Dream makes such big brain plays throughout his manhunts it’s unreal. Each one he does is more unexpected and outlandish than the last, and the hunters never see them coming because they are never the same. That’s what makes these hunts so much fun, seeing Dream come up with these brilliant ways to outsmart his opponents.

The TNT countertrap at the v3 finale was maybe my favourite YouTube moment ever.

It's not the most genious (Nether roof takes this prize I think), nor the most skilful (boat clutch takes this one), but for sure my favourite.

Highkey during that time it was all everyone was watching and I absolutely loved it. It was the most epic thing from the part of the game that wasn't competitive but when manhunt came in, it became so popular because it was such a brand new idea. I remember seeing pop ups of a new video and was so excited to see a new one to see what the hell would happen cuz literally anything could. New stuff, new tricks that no one knew was even possible. Holy crap it was so incredible.

The scripts for some of these, especially the getaways when Dream's on the brink of death, are super creative. Like crafting that boat mid-fall is a super cool and unexpected way to get out of that situation. These really are like short films. Super entertaining. I wonder how many attempts some of these took.
