UN Security Council says humanitarian crisis is deepening in Ukraine amid Russian invasion | FULL

The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) heard from members about the deepening crisis in Ukraine on Tuesday as the war continues into its second month. The meeting comes as Ukrainian and Russian representatives meet in Turkey in the latest round of in-person talks aimed at ending the war.

The UN Secretary-General called for a ceasefire and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Ruth Sherman said "citizens have been left without food, water, heat, or electricity in the depths of winter."

"People have resorted to melting snow for drinking water. One mother told reporters she could feed her three daughters only a spoonful of honey a day."

The UN says its food programme has been severely impacted and stressed unhindered access is critical to get supplies to people who desperately need them.

The UN adds costs are also rising dramatically, as Ukraine exported half of its grain supply to other countries before the invasion.

I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting proof of what the Russian Federation delegate said.
Where is footage of civilians being used as human shields?
Where is footage of the mistreatment of Russian soldiers?
Where is footage of branded Russian soldiers?
I've searched the internet (as best I can) and have been unable to substantiate these claims.


I think the UNSC should look into this claim - It's either true or false (propaganda).

Hypocritical West. You don't care about human life's really. Ukrainian or European lives seems to be more important than others. Other countries like Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria has been invaded. Millions have died. But less than a month in Ukraine the whole world seemed like it is the first war the world has ever seen. I am disappointed in the UN. They acted swiftly because it's Europe but in the middle east and Africa it is assumed that they can die no problems.

I am writing in re. To Gen. Patrick thul. He was on way home when involved in car accident which leaves him in critical condition. He was taken to private hosp. They refuse to treat him. The gov.gave hosp 5000.00 to start surgery. They refuse to treat him and are holding him hostage until remainder of bill is paid. Can someone please help get him home for treatment before he dies please he is in Sudan at private hosp
