For the people who don’t understand. (Disclaimer, idk if I’m wrong but just my opinion)

The girl challenged the man (I assumed daughter-father) “I bet $20 you can’t copy everything I do” so when she drinks water, most people would assume she swallowed the water(she assumed the guy swallows the water) So when they go back to spit it out, he shouldn’t have any water to spit back out. Then she asks herself how would the guy know she didn’t swallow any water? Hence why she screamed “you gotta be kidding me!”

you don't have to shake. High probability that a verbal contract was established, and 3 essential elements of a contract: offer, acceptance, consideration were recorded as hard evidence. I say the dad take the daughter to court asap. Don't forget the interest, as well as any other loss due to late payment. eg: Provide proof you intended to get Bitcoin asap and she owe you the potential gain from that too. This is why you should both have put the bet money in an impartial escrow first.
