it does reduce it at the screen but once the timer stops it starts counting forward

I got 7 days ban and when i used this trick it converts to 168 hours ban and when i again used this trick it converts to 10080 minutes😊

i tried it another guy made this and it half worked and half didnt, the time does change but wwhen it goes to 0 it starts going to -1, -2, -3 and so on

It does not, its not possible. Valorant uses the universal time, not the time that u put on your pc. So if you change the time on your pc its not going to do Anything.
