Although some people might find this book preachy, it really isn't. The author uses faith to integrate the power of the subconscious with science so that the reader can really benefit from it. However, if you are someone who would get a rash every time someone mentioned God or prayer, this book might seem annoying to you. But if you read this book with the intention to take lessons no matter where some of the sayings come from, this is a gem of a book! There is a reason why this book must have been a bestseller since 1963!! Truly, it has stood the test of time.
