Let's debate what some call "the easiest paths" to the NBA Finals in recent history, From the Miami Heat in 2013 to the Cleveland Cavaliers in 2018, to present day with the Boston Celtics. Did they have it easy this year?

2013: dwade hurt knee
2015: kevin love and kyrie hurt(even vs hawks)
2018: Kevin love head injury during finals
2018: kevin love injured vs celtics
Plz dont only put one side of the story🤦

I’m a Celtics fan… Fuck yes. This is the easiest path of All-Time. 3 straight teams without their star player for the series. They literally have 4-5 All-Stars. You won’t have to worry about another comment from me if they lose…

Iggy was also hurt. This run was equally as easy. Boston has 3 all stars, a healthy Kap can be a 4.

Their are many #NBA Championship runs that received great blessings #Celtics earned theirs by being elite consistently!!!!

I’m a Celtics fan, and if we hadn’t won the finals in such dominant fashion, yeah we’d be winners with little prestige

No, the Warriors had the easiest year in 2017 and 2018 when they got KD.

People forget that in ALL of the Warriors 4 championship runs they had playoff series against teams with injured superstars in every stage, when the were the ones with injured players they lost to Toronto and Cleveland. Its too many games in the NBA, by the end of the season is not about the best team, is about the team that didnt get injured. But of course NBA only cares about money so fuck running players bodies to the ground. If Kawhi didnt have such a crappy injury history we would be seeing him in the finals every year.

The Golden State warriors first championship ring was the easiest path to the finals because every single starting point guard that they played was injured

Dallas' path to the finals was an underdog run against the 4th, 3rd, and 1st seeds of a ridiculously stacked West, all of which were perfectly healthy (bar Khawi, but the Clippers played better without him). Honestly, a pretty insane run, probably even more impressive a feat than a Celtics chip.
