I have always had really bad posture so I dicided to do that last exercice with the door for about 1 month. I'm telling you I have got perfect posture now. It really works, trust me!!!!

I’ve been suffering from Sciatica for months now. Numerous Physios and a recent MRI scan BUT…..literally whilst I’m watching this video for advise, I found that with the exercises shown to do has made me find the point in my lower back to release the pressure on my nerve completely! One extreme to another. Keep up the excellent work gents. Now I’ll concentrate on strengthening my back. Thank you

I learned some new exercises from this video. I try to stretch at work when I can. I agree that bad posture can make you look worse.

Tried to organize them a little by Activity / Muscle Group

*Seated*
1:42 Seated Raise your Arms, lower your Arms while Breathing and Squeezing the Shoulder Blades together.
2:30 Hit the Road Arms 90° Abducted then Rotate Up/Down (Outer and Inward Rotation) 3:01 Down. At least 5 Reps 3:25 *3* Haleluhja Stretch. Hands Behinde the Head or over the head and stretch backwards against the Chair. Extend Chest. 4:25 Manual help with the fist
4:40 Chin Tucks *yes again* 5:00 help with the hand.
5:16 (5:40) Neck extension, try to go futher and futher slowly without pain. Inspiration while extending helps.

*Best done standing / Chest - Shoulder - Neck*
6:20 Alternative Chest Stretch 6:35 Alternative Chest Stretch against the wall
6:50 Snow angle, chiropractitians hate those :)
7:05 Arm/Shoulder Extension with Cheststretch. Comine with little massages for the chest
7:31 Neck Stretch/ side bends 8:10 with sligh help of the Hand whilst the other is fixated at the chair / table.

*Best done standing / Hips - Lower Back - again Chest*
9:09 Hipflexor Stretch, Pillow for the Knee is very helpful.
9:35 Back Extension
10:20 Doorstretch Arms are placed on the side of the Door, Chest / Torso leans forwards. Works for the Coner as well (10:46)
11:03 Standing Back extension
