Great video!

I have read "The Phyisics of Superheroes" and "Understanding Comics" and have noticed some of the video topics inspired by them.

I really love how you go into these topics about comics and the world we live in. You have one of the best channels out there and I am always excited to see a video.

Love all your videos!

Another good suggestion is Batman and Psychology by Dr. Travis Langley. And he has other books about pop culture and psychology. He has the walking dead, star wars, doctor who, game of thrones and more.

Scott McCloud's Understanding Comics is a personal favourite of mine, glad to hear it get some praise. Also anything by Mark D. White is always terrific!

P.S. keep reading is all well and good, but you should always take care when you keep reading;)

Ooooh, thanks man! I feel like this kind of information is exactly what is needed to grow the community around comics. A lot more people get attracted to them from the movies, but they also need to be introduced and encouraged into reading comic books to make sure they don't misunderstand things or miss certain key features that stop them from realising the greatness of comics when they try it. Some people might not understand why and how comic books are fun at first, so they need to be guided.
I hope I expressed myself clearly enough.I love it when people give you much more than you needed/asked for, because THAT MANY books will keep me busy for much longer than I actually needed, which is great. It's a delight when suddenly not finding enough information turns into having much more than enough information available. Thank you.

You should start doing the weekly trivia again. or make it the daily trivia or something, that was awesome!

I also recomend 'The Superhero Costume: Identity and Disguise in Fact and Fiction' by Barbara Brownie and Danny Graydon, "The Science of Superheroes" by Lois H. Gresh and Robert Weinberg, it's follow up book "The Science of Supervillans", and "Superman on the Couch" by Danny Fingeroth. Then there is what I am reading at the moment "Minutes to Midnight" by Richard Bensam, a collection of 12 articles about Watchman.

The Ten-Cent Plague: The Great Comic-Book Scare and How It Changed America by David Hajdu is, hands down, my favorite comics history book. It has an air of humor and yet captures the tragic plight of comic creators working at the time of pre-code comics.
