Stealth VS Leang (Hard) in 14 minutes

So far, this strategy was gated by how quick I can get my units to break out of the sneak attack. Now, I cut that down a bit more using a bit of stealth rebel magic. By pre-ambushing the command center, I can get them to capture the left command center, which has usually been a bit of a struggle to deal with.
