According to this you can get dolby vision just by raising the contrast and saturation on your tv.

Having seen both, the difference between HDR and Dolby Vision is no way this big.

This video would be useful if it were in HDR. The simulated image would still be needed since it's comparing two different types of HDR, but as it stands it isn't of much use.
