We were of the 1% of tourists to Uluru who get to see rain on the rock, and boy did we see some rain!! 60ml in fact!!

Absolutely spectacular episode, all that rain and mums tears created the waterfalls. 😅 So good to see the boys being boys. I’ve been lucky enough to visit Uluru 3 times in 1986, 2001 and 2018. Climbed it all 3 times. Changed a lot over my visits - so many more visitors and over-commercialisation. Due to rising volume I think closing the climb was the right decision. ❤

Oh No Cartwright, can only be a good thing, you guys are great parents making memories for the whole family, video is the best I have seen of the rock, shows the true majesty and size of it, super nice....that shot of Kings Canyon was awesome, never saw a fence between you and slipping over and pulling the ripcord on the way for other adventures, Alice Springs to Port Headland straight through the middle via Garry Junction, Gunbarrel Hyway is another great trip, but you may have to stay close to Doctors from now on.
