Reasons to Visit Detroit | Pure Michigan

It's a great time to visit Detroit. If you're looking for some adventure, discovery and fun, come check out all the new stuff happening in the Motor City. Once you're here, you'll want to come back again, again, and again, and probably again.

I believe downtown Detroit's the only part of the city worth visiting. I've been to Detroit twice in 2000. I'd only revisit there if I get to see the relatives that I have living there, and maybe the Gm Renaissance Center.

Love my hometown of Detroit!
However, it's disappointing that this promotional video features predominantly White people when the city is 80%+ African American.
(Bracing myself for the defensive comments that collude with structural racism)

Detroit and Cleveland are so hated on, in reality when you actually go there they are nice cities
