Καταρράκτες Τεθρέα, Π. Μονή Ταξιαρχών, Τεχν. λίμνη Ντασκά, Ερύμανθος, Tethrea Waterfalls, Lake Daska

Ο ποταμός Τεθρέας πηγάζει κάτω από το διάσελο του Ερύμανθου, περνάει από το Αλεποχώρι και συνεχίζει μέχρι να βρει τον Πείρο που πηγάζει από τα Λακκώματα. Η εγκαταλελειμμένη παλαιά μονή των Ταξιαρχιών χρονολογείται - χτίστηκε το 1700 επί Τουρκοκρατίας. Τα κτίρια της μονής καταρρέουν σιγά-σιγά αλλά ο ναός διατηρείται σε καλή κατάσταση. Απόσταση διαδρομής περίπου 8 χιλιόμετρα.

Πρόκειται για μια κυκλική διαδρομή, με 450 μέτρα υψομετρική διαφορά. Ελάχιστο υψόμετρο 750 μέτρα, μέγιστο υψόμετρο 1038 μέτρα. Το τερέν της διαδρομής ενδείκνυται για πεζοπορία με αρκετή προσοχή σε κάποια σημεία, ειδικά αν έχει προηγηθεί βροχή.

The river Tethreas springs under the mountain saddle of Erymanthos passes through Alepochori and continues until it finds Peiros, springs from Lakkomata. The abandoned old monastery of the Taxiarches was built in 1700 during the Turkish occupation. The buildings of the monastery are slowly collapsing but the church is kept in good condition. Route distance about 7-8 km.

It is a circular route, with an altitude difference of 450 meters. Minimum altitude 750 meters, maximum altitude 1038 meters. The terrain of the route is suitable for hiking but always with care at some points of the path, especially if it has rained before.
