Wasn't sure if i should call it Cilantro or Coriander but i guess it doesn't matter :) also it took a bit longer then i was expecting but it happens.

Thank you to Canon Herring who composed the music for this video:

Brilliant capture. The plant dances to the music beautifully with the composition. Wow!!

For those wondering about his light setup I am guessing he has a grow light on in daytime and at night turns it off but has regular lamps to keep the lighting.

Canon that was beautiful. If I was a plant I would love to grow with that. It touched my soul deeply.

Wish you’d kept recording from seed to seed.... I really want to see how that happens....
When it’s bolts and produces the new seeds....💚

Could you please make a video explaining how you do this? How to start growing things? I live in a tiny apartment in a cold climate!

If your goal was to grow cilantro, i.e. the leaves, you'll need to pinch the leaves and harvest it fairly often. Also, growing indoors is problematic since bolting happens sooner in warmer atmospheres. Bolting is the process where the leaves become thinner and more bitter before producing flowers. Once the plant bolts it will only produce coriander seeds, and the leaves will grow back unappetizing. Coriander is a lovely spice for Mexican and Indian dishes, but a little goes a long way. Since the plants produce a lot more usable coriander than cilantro, growing cilantro without dedicated maintenance and propagation can be very tricky.
