Lemon Basilic Cream
100 gr. Lemon Juice
25 Basil Leaves
400 gr. Full Milk / Whole Milk
100 gr. Fine Sugar
3 Egg Yolks (from egg that weighs 58-60 gr. each with shell)
50 gr. Corn Flour / Corn Starch

Choux Pastry
100 gr. Milk
100 gr. Water
100 gr. Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp. Salt
150 gr. Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour
3 Eggs (weighs 58-60 gr. each with shell)

Preheated Oven At 200°C
Baking Mode: Top and bottom heating elements without fan.

Baking Temperature: 200°C
Baking Time: 20 minutes
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.

something different the choux pastry recipe with water and milk, for sure the pastry cream will be tasty with three eggs yolk.
