The $250 million house can't sell for 2 years already and that even after price drops. First dropped to $188 Million and now it's at $150 million and still no buyers. What makes the developer think he'll sell "The One" to "the one" for $500 Million. This house won't sell for $500 Million. The developer will be lucky if he gets half that. But it's a nice little gimmick, the house priced at $500 million. It's a unique touch. But in actuality will possibly sell for less than half that.
