The Grand Infernal Painting
First up is the Grand Infernal Painting, a depiction of Orin slaying Zevlor, gifted to you by Orin herself - one of the rarest items in the entire game. Beneath the portrait lies the dead body of Zevlor, with a curl of parchment in his mouth. Orin found and executed Zevlor in a sickening Bhaalist ritual, and drew a painting depicting the act named The Grand Infernal Painting. This painting can be picked up and sold to traders, but it is one of the more beautiful pieces of work, especially because of how rare it is. This grotesque scene is one that most players have probably never seen. To trigger it, you must save the Tieflings in Act 1 and then make sure to encounter the mind flayer pods in the mind flayer colony. Make sure to NOT to release NOR purge the inhabitants - you MUST select the, “Leave the Pods Be” option to trigger this scene based on my testing - if you never interact with the device this cutscene won’t trigger. Then, after you long rest once or twice or even three times if you’re a Dark Urge Origin in Act 3, you will trigger this scene. You can even use speak with dead on Zevlor’s corpse, and in that dialogue one of the last things Zevlor will say is “what happened to the others?”

Thisobald's Brewed-Up Bellyglummer
And next up is Thisobald’s Brewed-Up Bellyglummer! This very rare weapon coating can only be learned by reading through Thisobald’s research notes located behind a locked door in the back of the Waning Moon in Act 2. After reading it, you can pass an DC14 Investigation Intelligence Check to have your map marked with the location of a shipment containing the reagents you need to craft it. You’ll also need to pick up the Purple Worm Gullet located in the back room near the research notes in order to create the suspension for the coating. But it’s all worth it because not only is it a cool, very rare weapon coating, it also awards inspiration for the Guild Artisan and Criminal backgrounds!

Return Gomwick’s Letters
And next up is a hidden use for the Personal Note found on Gomwick’s corpse in Act 1. Gomwick is a courier for the Sword Coast Couriers, unfortunately he met his end and is reduced to being known as the corpse next to where you can find Scratch. But Gomwick’s letters can actually be picked up and brought back to the Sword Coast Carriers for some additional dialogue. Danzo will explain how it’s such a shame since Gomwick was a great courier and how couriers are hard to come by these days. He’ll take the personal note from you, and then start talking about his missing pigeons. So although there is no reward for bringing Gomwick’s letters back to Danzo, you do get a bit of extra dialogue for doing so.

This Weapon is Secretly INSANELY OP
And next up is a secret interaction with Dolor Amarus! This dagger adds +7 damage to your critical hits. But what it doesn’t mention is that it also applies to your ranged critical hits too! Not only that, but it also applies to your other damage sources such as the 2d6 force granted from Craterflesh Gloves, granting even more damage to that. This makes this dagger unbelievably powerful, especially on an Assassin which has guaranteed critical strikes against surprised enemies. Combine this with an arrow of many targets against a group of surprised enemies, and the amount of damage added by this dagger is multiplied, making it insanely OP. Not only that, but you can also dual wield Dolor Amarus! One of these weapons can be found on the corpse of Dolor, the wanna-be Bhaal Assassin, and the other can be purchased from the Echo of Abazigal. This trader is unlocked by passing the trial of the Bhaal Murder Tribunal, and becoming an Unholy Assassin of Bhaal.

Gerson the Bent, The NPC Most Players Miss!
And next up is Gerson the Bent! This NPC is one of the rarest NPCs in the game that most players miss.

Damn I'm part of the 99% that actually missed the HelloFresh content in Act 1

It is truly amazing, I have over 1300 hours in the game and still haven’t seen it all. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

The book written by Volo can also be obtained by dialog with the gobbo. Persuasion check and he gives it to you.

This game is easily one of the greatest games of all time I know a lot of people don’t like the turn based combat but the entire game is just beautiful

9:10 you can find a illusionary wall in that same room, that leads you to the person who drink the acid, it has a note too that explain what happened!

The video seems to be missing the explanation of how to get Yurgir to join you?

Got the first two things on my first ever playthrough, didn't even think they were that rare... But the Zevlor reveal genuinely made me gasp the first time I saw it

Gerson is probably a clever NPC add-in for when you're playing a multiplayer session. It's not outside the realm of possibility that a player might not be in the Goblin camp when things get wrapped up, so if they have to move a bunch of NPCs, then it seems like a good solution. But this scene only triggers if you're at the front of the Grove, what if you're inside? All the NPCs just disappear? I guess it's not a perfect solution, it should probably activate anywhere in the Grove.

Regarding the Secrets of the High Chieftain, you can also convince the Goblin to give you the book if you don't go into the Goblin camp hostile.

This channel consistently has content that either no one could possibly miss even if they were blindfolded, or extremely obscure elaborate stuff that most players genuinely have never even heard of.

I got the grand infernal painting even when I completely ignored the room with Zevlor cause I didn't wanna fight the mind flayers and what the eyes don't see the heart doesn't feel 😂 But yeah, then this appeared in my camp and it really gave me a scare oof

I knew everything here except for spore servant Arabella, and The Grand Infernal Painting. Truly insane that they added something for if you interact with the illithid prisoner device, AND DON'T DO ANYTHING

Also I'm pretty sure that if you bring Arabella's/Mirkon's dead body to act 2, and let them become shadow cursed undead, you can then control them with the oathbreaker paladin's ability

I got the Grand Infernal Painting on my very first play through since I didn’t know that the captives were there.

"children can't die in Bladur's Gate 3" you say as you control Arabella's re-animated corpse on screen lol. I get what you meant, I just thought it was funny watching this zombie child whack mushrooms while you said it :P

Pretty sure children can die in BG3. Arabella to Kaghas snake Teela and Mirkon to the Harpies.

I have yet to reach Act 3, so these tips are super helpful.

I wonder how many allies I can get in the final fight, like all at once.

Dufay actually did drink the feign dead potion, you can check his condition by hovering his body

His "dear Lurianna" is a werewolf whose corpse you can find in a room hidden by an illusory wall right next to the room where you find him, along with a note where she says she found the second acid potion and proclaims she'll follow after him, and you actually see her corpse dripping with acid

Fun story in connection with the praying for the fist soldier: With Shadowheart, I casted Animate dead on teh corpse she was praying above, then the fist started a fight, used non-lethal attack to knock her down, then (SOMEHOW) I was able to target the corpse (which was a ghoul now next to us) and PICK UP the corpse. Then I put it into the camp chest, and after a long rest, the first soldier apperared at my chest, on her knees, praying to the chest. This only however work for the first - outside campsite. Since then every time I open the camp chest, I must say the same prayer:
"Great god Helm, allow us peace in this plane and beyond; teach us care when we would be reckless, teach us certainty when we would have doubt! So it is spoken, and so is it done."

I'm surprised you talked about Antuwun and didn't talk about his dead werewolf lover who took his own life with the acid and who's body is found in a hidden room between the chamberlain's room and the room where you find Antuwun's body. Not sure if you've talked about it in the past? You've covered more secrets and rare interactions than anyone else after all.
