Before anyone freaks, hear me out. Slow cold brew silver needle with dried nectarines, the floral and sweet notes play together in such a beautiful way.

Enjoy your videos, subscribed, keep it up. Have a phoenix honey oolong in the fridge right now based on your suggestion :) Try a quick hot rinsing of the ripe puerh before you cold brew it. That should clean it a bit & open up the flavors. If i'm gongfu sessioning a ripe and only get through a few steeps, I often toss the leaves in a mason jar with cold filtered water and refrigerate overnight. I enjoy the results
