Bro this is not Steelbird's problem. Actually problem lies in our action.There is a spring inside it which make the helmet unique.The spring inside it get loosen by time .
So after every 5-6 months you have to open the black round shaped portion (where the visor ends) from both sides and then tight the screw with a noraml screw driver. It takes less than 2 min. And now your helmet is ready.

First when I noticed the problem, I also complained at steelbird's office.Then they gave me the solution.Now i have been using it since 2 years.In my opinion it is one of the best helmet i have used.

This is actual problem with this STEELBIRD helmet, useless crap helmet. STEELBIRD has no quality check and INDIA hai kuch bhi chalta hai. DO NOT BUY i have same problem, USELESS it is, basically all STEEL BIRD products are crap.

bro tumhre helmet ke opening mechanism mai dikkat hai, ye helemt proper open close hota hai. Defective unit hai tumhra

Vesa ye helmet bakwas hai, poor padding, wind noise, and that vent near rider ear is worst.
