Aha, all are in the usa, not abjective!

The University of Chicago outdoes every other top college in the world in terms of their commitment to have ALL faculty teach undergraduates, and not GTAs (Dartmouth likewise). It has far and away the most Nobel prize winners among its faculty and alumni of any educational institution in the world - no contest. It has a unique educational program, and no Greek system, and these factors may explain why it has so many superbly educated graduates.

The University of Pennsylvania is where the first electronic computers were developed - the ENIAC and the UNIVAC and is home to what is considered the best business college in the US: the Wharton School of Business.

Nothing against Washington, McGill, Tohoku and Monash but how come they are in while there are no Yale, Columbia, Chicago and Northwestern?
Like it or not, US still dominates the higher education league. There are no Imperial and UCL either.
