With ADHD, this is naturally how I think! However I can get in a spiral that prevents me from doing anything because I go down 10 levels. This could help me think through if I really need to do all the stuff before I can do the final project, and even review with my husband for a reasonability check. Thank you for this!!

Inotherwords, thinking backwards to go forward. Thinking in the before to get to the after. Makes sense. And saves you a lot of time. I think I naturally think this was to have all my based covered. But think out second options if the first can't happen. Like if I need to use the sand paper. If I can't find it at the store. What is something else I can use or who might I know who might have some to use for the project. I think making a list option would go well with your list too.
