Egg Devil Recipe-
INGREDIENT FOR THE STUFFING
Take a pan. Heat 4tbsp of white oil in it. Next add 1 cup of sliced onion. Once the onion gets fry in the oil add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 3 green chilli cut into small pieces.
Next add 1 cup minced chicken/ mutton . Fry all these together in oil till the chicken gets tender.
Now add 1tbsp turmeric powder, jeera powder, dhania powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder and salt and cook everything well. Add half cup water into the mix and cover and cook the chicken at medium low flame for at least 10 minutes till the chicken gets fully cooked.
Now you can see the chicken stuffing is done.
I have boiled and kept eggs. Now I will cut the eggs into two halves.
Next add 1 cup of bread crumbs into the chicken filling and mix it well with your hand.
Time to make the outer coating of the egg.
First take a chunk of the chicken filling and make it into a patty . Put the egg half into the patty and cover it properly.
Next I have kept a plate of bread crumbs, half cup maida/ all purpose flour, two eggs beaten with a pinch of pepper in it.
Take the egg dip it into the beaten eggs, coat it into flour, and then into the bread crumbs.
Next heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the eggs at medium low flame.
Your egg devil is ready. Serve them hot with your favourite ketchup and some ring onions.
