As a Midwestern person who has felt emotions before, this is what my voice sounds like inside my head.

"Well, I guess this is it"
"Yeah, take care man"
I never saw the gang again after that hot August day, but I will always remember the memories we made

I know everyone says it but it really is awesome to see how happy you are playing the guitar.

That smile during the riff is so contagious I love seeing people enjoy playing music

this was so good I half expected a whiny-voiced college kid with his shirt tucked in to start singing about his ex.

Please ramp this up into a 5-8 minute composition, so I can sit and cry to it. Love it!

I fcking love Yvette's riffs so much. That little pinch harmonic (whoops I meant natural harmonic) fill at 0:33 is just so lovely and hits so nice.

As someone who grew up as a Midwest emo, I never realize that we even had a recognizeable style until recently, but this hits.

That face at the end is the most relatable thing I've ever seen as a musician. "that actually sounded okay... oh shit this was the one wasn't it!"

I'd happily pay for a full version of this, can't even begin to count how many times I've watched it.

two years have passed and this still hits as hard as it did then.

jokes aside, this has potential mega chill vibes. Could easily listen to midwest emo riffs with some soft, slow 70's drum beats for a few hours.

This is so Midwestern that listening to it feels like eating a cup of Culver’s fresh frozen custard

as a midwest emo I can feel myself driving down the road corn on either side with this playing

That run at 00:21 that repeats a couple times throughout the piece is f*cking AMAZING! Holy sh*t

I feel like the days I was a Midwestern high school student.
I'm European and don't know even what the Midwest is

One of my favorite things about Yvette is how she seems to just be following where the guitar is leading her as she plays. Like, at 0:24, she legit looks surprised at the sound that she just created! But she doesn't miss a beat and just keeps playing whatever comes to her and sounds best!
