Light for oncoming side goes green while fedex truck is still waiting on cyclist/about to move again.

Motorcycle rider sees green and simply attempts to speed thru intersection.

People failed to notice the situation here, all traffic is stopped the FedEx truck is more then halfway through intersection and he's at a stop most likely due to the bicyclist went through the crosswalk. Motorcycle rider was probably speeding and where he made contact, the rider will be 100% at fault.
