The pages are in the correct order but nothing happens? Disorder all the pages, close the game and open it again to continue, place the apple again and put the pages in order again to complete the puzzle. It worked for me.

You stuck? I gochu ma boi so what I did was I aborted the mission went back it before I put in the piece of Eden I kept messing and fixing the codex pages till I heard some weird moan when I was done then I put the piece of Eden
