Major progression required just means that your stats are maxed and that you are s rank. It doesn't involve segunda, bankai, or voltstanding. You also don't need to be max level for your stats to be maxed.

"major progression" is a placeholder for if they add any major things to the games current progression.

if im 148 as a soul reaper with bankai and max rank does this mean i cant get vizard

Actually if u have max voll/segunda/bankai you can get S+ and arrancars max lvl with S+ is 200+ and Quincy's and soul reapers are 190 🤓🤓🤓

but then how do we do the arancar when we have the maximum required mastery and in addition on the wiki it is written that we can go up to renk S+ but I can no longer go up in lvl or limit break I thought that I had to win the most powerful specter of chaos to unlock this?
