This interview is absolutely incredible. The story about playing Risk, and crying leaving the prison not out of happiness but because of survivors guilt leaving his best friends behind to start a new life. It was positively gripping. What an incredible story.

Matt has had one of the most underrated channels on YT for roughly the last 5 years running. The majority of his interviews on the dark web, corruption, fraud, cyber crime, crypto fraud, and various schemes are all top notch. He's a great dude and understands how people on the wrong side of the law really think.

It’s a miscarriage of justice if Caroline Ellison does no jail time! She gambled the money away.

His statement talking about how he came to the realization of “they didn’t make a mistake, I belong here, I have issues” is so simple yet really powerful in the sense that it seems soooo rare for criminals

I "only" did 27 months in prison but I totally felt what he was saying with the Risk story. Some of the funniest people I have ever met and many laughs were in that horrible place. Worst experience of my life overall but once you get your mind right you can find some happiness in the worst of situations.

laughing every time you say “that’s nice!” when matt talks about activities SBF could do in prison 😂 as if he’s being sent to boarding school

Mr. Cox should be invited to high schools and tell teenagers what it’s really like in prison. Hearing him terrified me, there is no amount of money on this planet that would want me to endure this even for a month, thank you

Matt Cox is a great story teller. And it makes perfect sense why he was a great con man. But honestly he’s a very talented man.

Wow Tiff, it was very enlightening hearing all this from someone who has actually been through it. Sam is responsible for his crimes and obviously deserves a punishment, but learning the reality of what he's facing really makes me shudder.

Wow this was an amazing interview ... I've never heard anyone talk so honestly about what life is like in prison ... even without the SBF angle. Thank you so much Tiff!

The prison system in the U.S is a scary mess.

Awesome interview and Matt C. has SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE of the whole federal prison system and life inside. I've made some mistakes, and though I've never been to prison, I've spent about 1.5 years in LA County Jail. I agree with what Matt shared and SBF has some HUGE adjustments of his mindset and accept his reality or he will hard time it big time.

Your RISK story was incredibly moving and I remember feeling that way at times while in LA County Jail. I started my own library one time because I love books, and it became popular. I was a barber, a shoeshine trustee, and had a Senior Deputy who loved the way I worked and would actually come to whatever dorm I was placed in, pull me out, and put me in the cleanest dream dorm for barbers, shoeshine trustees, and other high-level jobs. It was amazing.

I don't think he deserves nearly that much time but the whole system is setup against him, e.g., the "Glory case federal prosecutors, " the super-strict judge, etc. I'm listening to your Gene Borello interview now.

While I have empathy for SBF. Justice (not revenge) needs to be served. His actions destroyed many people’s lives not to mention financial well being.

Matt’s energy on this is completely different to his SWU interview. He’s clearly done so much inner work. Great to see.
