Honestly, I have auditioned for four company’s in the past and was accepted into one. But I quit. I didn’t quit my dream I quit Kpop idol life. I finally understood why my mother was against this. While my father was against singing career in general, my mother was just worried because she knew all about trainee system, harsh practise and struggles / pressures of being an idol.
Pursing my dream of singing outside of Kpop is going much better for me and I’m glad I didn’t go against my mother because this career I have now she supports.
Anyone wanting to be Kpop idol I wish you best of luck, if you don’t have supporting parents for a different reason then keep following your dreams and live your own life, make your own choices ❤
