E-flite Timber Crash, rudder failure!

In this video the SAFE function for some reason took over the rudder servo. I was unable to move it even with trim. This was one of my first flights outdoors, since I learned to fly indoors I was depended on the rudder, and on landing I stalled.

Horizon replaced the receiver and I have had no issues since! And learned how to use ailerons lol
