They felt it was safe enough to release him, it clearly wasn't, and now someone is dead. The paroles should face the responsibility and consequences too

My condolences to his family and friends and I can’t imagine what they are going this guy gets released from jail and he got high and he had 3 DWI this is so horrible and I’m glad that they charged this guy with murder and I pray that he ends up getting life in prison it’s what he deserves
