Gripe number 1, I used to think this guy was just enthusiastic, but more and more he just sounds like a salesman. At 1:21, "As I lower the task bar you'll see it expand, and when it does that it's because it's adapting to you." Uh...no, when it does that it's because it's programmed to. He sounds like he's talking to children. And gripe number 2, it looks like they've still designed this machine so that the monitor and hinge are locked into the CPU, so that you can't upgrade the CPU in a year and still keep the great display. It's planned obsolescence. At that price point they need to give people the option.

The combination of "So powerful" and "quad core" don't really go hand in hand unless I'm missing something here? How does this cost $4, 300?

I have the original Surface 1 but I put a better M.2 and SSD drive in it not easy as they are buried well inside the box. I was quite angry when W11 first came out as the I7 processor was not suitable luckily a few months after release MS put a work around on their website and using this I was able to upgrade to W11 by using the registry and a usb bootable drive now on a machine just over 3 years old top of the range costing just over 4, 000 they should have given a choice to upgrade in the first place.

i7 !! Why not i9. Quad core! Oh my god this thing is so behind the curve. Come on Microsoft, you can and should really do Sooo much better than this. For example why not offer a 5k or better, an 8k screen? We are crying out for a product that really blows us away, something genuinely cutting edge not just hyped up like it was.

This is very disappointing 😔 😕 they are not doing the studio any justice ... the hardware doesn't add up with 2022 specs for such device and also the price doesn't match the performance 🙄

So Microsoft are promoting Dali2 content which, ironically, will put the very audience that they are aiming Surface 2+ at out of business. Good thinking Microsoft.
