This just confirms for me what I've thought all along. It was never just a Minecraft song to me. Maybe at first, but even as a child this song hit me a lot harder than many "real" songs at the time. Maybe it was the Minecraft metaphors that made it easier for my kid brain to understand. But it still has a charm and story, and lesson, that's just different. I can't say I watched Captain Sparkles too often throughout my life. But no doubt he's made a huge impact on my life with this song, and the whole Fallen Kingdom series.
