In episode two, David’s attempt to rescue a trapped sheep takes an unexpected turn when he discovers it belongs to King Saul. In the process, he is confronted by Doeg the king’s head shepherd. David offers to buy the sheep, but the question remains: is he prepared to pay the price that Doeg demands?
